Fisc Financial ("Fisc") is an AI-powered financial wellness application. The Service currently consists of a landing page and a waitlist for early access.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the Fisc application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any sign-up at our sole discretion.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fisc is a tool for financial awareness and is not a substitute for professional financial or mental health advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fisc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
